This class is a special treat. Chef Laura Passidomo has a spectacular menu for a show-stopping Christmas dinner. She has put together some of the most delectable dishes often reserved for the most special occasions. As rich as each dish is, you must save room for her walnut dark chocolate tart!<br />
<strong>Lobster and Shrimp Bisque</strong> - served with broiled grape tomato and Gruyere cheese toasts<br />
<strong>Watercress and Boston Lettuce Salad -</strong> served with blue cheese and dressed in sherry wine vinaigrette<br />
<strong>Spiral Cut Ham</strong> - baked with a Dijon, maple, and bourbon glaze. The class will include a discussion about a variety of hams on the market such as; fresh ham versus cured, cold smoked versus salt cured, and aged bone-in versus boned, etc.<br />
<strong>Roasted Broccolini Gribiche</strong> - Fresh broccolini roasted with hard cooked egg, shallots, capers, roasted red pepper and fresh herbs. Topped with fresh bread crumbs<br />

<strong>Chicken Sate</strong> - this traditional Indonesian dish of skewered chicken, marinated in sweet soy and spices, is served with a Thai peanut dipping sauce with the addition of coconut and green curry.<br />
<strong>Brie Baked Two Ways</strong> - a wheel of brie baked with mushroom duxelle, another with roasted garlic and Kalamata olives. Both dishes served with slices of crostini.<br />
<strong>Green Olive Tapenade</strong> - made with green olives paired with clementine, sherry vinegar, capers and red pepper flakes. Served in fresh fennel segments.<br />
<strong>Spanakopita Feta</strong> - cheese fresh dill lemon and spinach wrapped in phyllo dough<br />
